Sales Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Mid-Level Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the IT infrastructure and Cyber Security sector. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in sales, a keen interest in technology, and an enthusiasm for driving growth in a cutting-edge industry. The successful candidate will be pivotal in building client relationships and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT infrastructure and cyber security domains.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Client Presentations: Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and continuous service improvement.
  • Contract Negotiations: Engage in contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company policies.
  • Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify product improvements or new product opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasted revenue on a regular basis to the sales management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in IT infrastructure, cyber security, or related tech industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Services Sales Leader to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security team. You will be crucial in driving our service sales, developing customer relationships, and expanding our market share. This role demands a balance of technical know-how, sales acumen, and leadership skills to effectively manage client portfolios and lead a team toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific IT and cyber security requirements.
  • Solution Selling: Actively promote our range of IT infrastructure and cyber security solutions, demonstrating how our services can add value and address client challenges.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new trends and opportunities. Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
